Conflict with Kadence Block #1362

Step to replicate

  1. Install Kadence BLock Plugin

  2. Create new page

  3. Add this form: image

  4. Publish

  5. Observe issue, the submit button missing

  6. Issue solved if PublishPress Blocks deactivated
