Different statuses showing in Workflows and Actions #1012

I have Pro installed on a site.

The legacy metabox filters the custom statuses according to the selected in the settings, so only the user can customize what to display in the new status list. In the workflow, we still don't have a setting for that. But we do need to implement it to allow filtering.
