Improve recurrent scheduling selecting specific days or hour to run the task #854

Use case:

Is it possible to control a post using a kind of timeline? For example: the post should be hidden on Friday and automatically be active again on Monday.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find out whether it is possible to hide a post automatically every weekend, for example. Or does an action workflow have to be set manually week after week?

This could be done in a workflow like this (mockup, after implementing #853):

Right now this is not possible if "Prevent duplicate scheduling" is enabled, because the second scheduled task will conflict with the first one for the post and only the first one will be registered. We also can't guarantee that enabling recurrence for "Once a week" will be scheduling the task for the right day. We could give the user more control to configure the recurrence for specific days.

Does this case will cover in this issue @andergmartins ?

I would like the articles published between Monday and Friday to have the category "Settimana" and those published on Saturday and Sunday "Weekend".
