Unschedule scheduled tasks when a workflow is disabled for a post #901

When a manually enabled workflow has a schedule step, which was manually enabled for a post, then manually disabled later, the scheduled task remains scheduled.

We should unscheduled it, otherwise the workflow will still run for that task.
