Simplify boxes for "Deactivate Workflow for Post"

Can we simplify these options?

• Post can default "Saved post"
• We can remove the "Workflow" box?

@stevejburge, I think so about the default to "Saved post." Regarding the "workflow box," it is there to allow people to activate or deactivate any other workflow. But we could hide it if there is only one workflow as an option, and if more than one exists, then display the list.

Thanks. I didn't quite understand the purpose of the second Workflow box, but maybe with a description it will make sense
