Refactor/upgrade sdk #72

refactor: Upgrade SDK to work with PHP 8.2

This update is intended to bring compatibility with PHP 8.2 and newer versions of dependencies.

BREAKING CHANGES: This SDK will now require PHP >= 7.4

@javer there is a roadmap for releasing this upgrade but sadly there are no fixed dates. For now there are still few breaking changes planned.

If you have any suggestions, reach out to me and we'll try to figure something out

@seba-aln I suggest merging and releasing this before PHP 8.2 release when PHP 7.4 will reach the final EOL - 28 Nov 2022.
