UAT | Can't enter text in all-caps #1103

It seems like the name textboxes dont allow me to type any letter other than the first letter of a word in capital (For example, I can type Anshumanth, but not ANShumanth or ANSHUMANTH). @Taherabharmal , is this a conscious choice? my legal name was TN Anshumanth Rao, I wont be allowed to enter this in the textbox, it'll become Tn Anshumanth Rao.

Remove all validations here @SureshSoren

@Taherabharmal Also had a thought, many in India don't have a last name at all, we might have to make that field non-mandatory
