UAT | Registration | Cannot type single letter as first/ second name

Describe the bug Unable to type single letter in first name or surname.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dristi-qa.pucar.org/digit-ui/citizen/dristi/home/registration/mobile-number'
2. Click on 'Register' and then Login. Window to enter name appears.
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior I should be able to say that my first name is N, as in NG Dinesh, or last name is S, as in Ayushi S.

Currently we are restricting the user to enter at-least 2 char for these fields, if required we will change this validation.
