UAT | Filing | Duplicate Aadhar excited

Describe the bug When e-signing the file at the time of filing, I entered the same Aadhar number for the complainant and the respondent. The system still accepted it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'File a case'
2. Click on 'Signature'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Show error that duplicate aadhar.
