UAT: OTP Verification Screen in case filing #1228

At time of login, we get an OTP verification screen, that has 6 boxes. However the one that comes up for verification of complainant mobile number is a regular text box. We should maintain consistency across the application in look and feel.

Has been fixed in dpg-dev env.

TestCases:

  1. After registration, go to file a case.
  2. In Complainant Details page, if complainant details are not auto filled or if user adds another complainant
  3. Click on individual option on complainant type
  4. Enter Complainant's Mobile Number
  5. Click on verify mobile number button
  6. otp boxes will display
