UAT | Scrutiny Due timelines #1305

SLA for scrutiny is configured for 48 hours.

However, as per current pending task list, cases filed within 3 days are showing scrutiny due today but beyond 3 days are not showing up as due today

current workflows dont have sla defined for the states @Taherabharmal cc: @Ramu-kandimalla @anirudh-0

@manimaarans scrutiny is not running off any workflow today, so where do you want this SLA to be defined. Also that said, the workflows have SLA placeholders, which take a value in milliseconds. You can always update them as per the requirements. What's the issue with that?
