UAT || Issue summons || When judge Selects Order type as 'Order for issue of summons' Then It should possible to review the Order.

Describe the bug After judge admits the case ,When When judge Selects Order type as 'Order for issue of summons' then 'Date for Hearing' text field is disabled and not selected any date and when judge clicks on the 'Review Order' button then judge is getting error massage 'Fill All Mandatory Fields' .

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login as judge , admit the case
2. Click on 'Take Action' button and click on 'generate-orders' button
3. Select Order Type as 'Order for issue of summons'
4. Fill all the details and click on 'Review Order' button

Expected behaviour Should be able to review order

Actual behaviour 'Date for Hearing' text field is disabled and not selected any date and when judge clicks on the 'Review Order' button then judge is getting error massage 'Fill All Mandatory Fields' .

this shouldauto populate to hearing date + give warning message to reschedule hearing if hearing date is in less than summon lifecycle date

If there is no hearing scheduled then the hearing Date is not filled. We will change the toast message to "Kindly Schedule a hearing first"
