New BNSS E-filing Flow #1427

Describe the Enhancement As per the new BNSS laws, a notice is mandatory to be sent out during the e-filing flow. Based on this, the e-filing flow is to be revised.

Sequence diagrams for the new flow are available here. The tasks to be done are:

  1. Add new OrderType master data for "Notice".
  2. Add new TaskType master data for "Notice". Schema is defined for this.
  3. Create PDF template for Order for Notice and define data config. Write a BFF endpoint in the egov-pdf service to support this new type.
  4. Reorder the screens as per the UI sequence diagrams.
  5. Re-configure case workflow as per the workflow here.
