Describe the bug If the judge selects the order as 'Order for issue warrant' then if 'Is warrant bailable?' radio button is selected as no then getting error massage as 'Please enter mandatory fields'.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Login as judge
2. Click on 'Take Action' button
3. Click on 'Generate Order/notice link'
4. Click on '+ add order' link
5. Select order as 'Order for Issue of Warrants'
6. Select Warrant for Party and select Warrant Type
7. Select no for radio button Is warrant bailable?
8. Click on 'Review Order' button

Expected behaviour Should not get error massage as 'Please enter mandatory fields'.
