Some stages in Capital and some in lowercase.

Expected behaviour: First letter in Uppercase. Rest in lowercase in Stage column

Descriptions: On the home screen for all users, the values in the 'Stage' and 'Outcome' columns should follow a standard format: the first letter should be uppercase, and the rest of the letters should be lowercase. (Solution dev Environment)
