As part of the rescheduling workflow, one of the workflow steps is the Opt out of hearing dates from Advocates/Party in Persons on the case.
As per the Workflow Defined
1) Judge Accepts rescheduling request
2) Advocates/Party in Person receive a pending task for opting out of dates they are not available on
3) Once, both advocates opt out, the judge receives a pending task to select a hearing date.
At stage 2, it may be likely that the Advocates do not respond to the pending task.
To ensure continuity in the system, the following is required:
1) In case either 1 or no party responds with 3 (Configurable) days, they preference is recorded as available on all dates.
2) The pending task for opt out will no longer be visible to the advocate/party in person
3) The judge will receive a pending task to schedule hearing based on thos.
As per the pending task enhancement, all parties will be enformed by SMS on the date of the Opt out decision.
