Imp question: If the "Save Draft" function only works with a valid PIN code, how can we enter an invalid PIN code and proceed with the case?

Verified this ticket in solution QA and it is working as expected.

Test Cases: 1.Verify that when entering the details of the accused, specifically the pin code, the user is able to proceed with the case filing if the pin code is valid. 2.Verify that when entering the details of the witness, specifically the pin code, the user is able to proceed with the case filing if the pin code is valid. 3.Verify that when entering the details of the accused, specifically the pin code, the user is unable to proceed with case filing if the pin code is invalid. The "Continue" button should be disabled, and an error message in red stating "Invalid pin code" should be displayed below the pin code text box. 4.Verify that when entering the details of the witness, specifically the pin code, the user is unable to proceed with case filing if the pin code is invalid. The "Continue" button should be disabled, and an error message in red stating "Invalid pin code" should be displayed below the pin code text box.
