UAT v0.3.3 | Incorrect Amount Displayed for collection #1965

Steps to Replicate: 1) Login to Nyay Mitra 2) Go to Pending Payments 3) In the table, all collections are displayed as Rs. 4 4) Go into a case with payment for case filing pending. See value is different.

Expected behaviour: 1) Amount due for collection should show in index table.

ETreasury for dev purposed allows only payments less than 5 rupess.

@Ajith-beehyv the amount displayed in wrong which needs to come from payment calculator
