Issue: API Error when approving USer Registration request

HI @Taherabharmal , when Subashini was testing the user registration it has over ridden the user roles for nyaya mitra user as they share the same mobile number . because of that , we are facing this error. we will create a new nyaya mitra user and provide you the detaisl cc: @krishnaprasadsannidhi @SureshSoren
