[BUG]: DPG| Dev| dependent fields for 'Delay condonation Application' page. #2372

Describe the bug For Delay condonation Application' ___user not able to select 'Yes/No' option.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'citizen' url.
  2. Click on '...Delay comdonation Application ' page
  3. select the yes/ no option
  4. see error.
  5. See error

Expected behavior user should able to select dependant fields.

These are the points mentioned by vaibhav, based on this i am closing this ticket. -Marking all errors once a single date field is marked -Date format of all the dates is changed -FSO able to mark error on vakalatnama and complainant's ID card. -Complainant's ID card can be reuploaded again -We are not showing yes/no option, hence FSO is not marking error, hence not editable to advocate/litigant - Invalid/Out of scope
