[UAT]: Google map api needs to be removed

• [x] Remove Google API from User Registration and E Filing(Complainant and Accused)
• [x] Hide the UI for the map display and the search bar

The user shall enter all the address related details manually - no autofilling shall be done

Bhuvan/other map integration shall be done later when the map UI will need to be brought in for later versions

Verified the cases in DPG-Dev working fine.

1. User registration for litigent and advocate Maps are not displayed added by entering all fields.
2. While filing a case by litigent in complainent screen Maps are not displayed
3. While filing a case by advocate in complainent screen Maps are not displayed 4.While filing a case in Accused screen Maps are not displayed 5.While filing a case , witness details section also maps are not displayed.
