PROD SUPPORT: After receiving payment from E-treasury , in FSO can't find the case

Describe the bug An advocate has completed payment and submitted case file - he has the success receipt from treasury.

GCRM is checking on the FSO login - no cases have come for scrutiny.

The case is showing in bench clerk’s login as status “filing”

But there’s no pending task to do scrutiny
