PROD SUPPORT: [e-filing}: [Infobox for payer and payee] #2516

Describe the bug While efiling,there are boxes for typing details of bank of Payee and Payer. We have to add infobox there expaining about who is payer and payee, whether it is complainant/accust as there are some confusions regarding this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on file a case
  2. Go to cheque details

Expected behavior infobox needs to be added for payer and payee bank account details mwntioning who will be payer and payee
