PROD: Landing Page - Case Search

We need to update this
in terms of the return value and display - is there an updated design that I should refer to? As is, need to redefine the API, as the parameters have changed. So want to make sure that I design as per the requirements
the search response screen show says "Case Type = Summary Trail". This is after the case has been admitted that it will get an ST number and will become Summary Trail. What do we show if it is before registration and between registration to admittance?
for the Case Number search, we are passing 3 parameters - year, type and case number. Are all mandatory? I would suggest to keep year and type mandator and case number as optional
