Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. "The platform currently does not account for power of attorney given by an Individual complainant to someone in their family/friends to be able to represent them (the complainant). This flow needs to be built urgently as lot of people in Kollam are non-residents and give power of attorney to their respective family members or friends.

The flow will be similar to the flow for filing complaints on behalf of incorporated entities, except that instead of company name etc. we will be required to obtain all the details of the incorporated entities. Also, we will need to build ability for the accused to be also represented through a power of attorney i.e represented by a family member or friend when authorised to do so."
