UAT: Litigant registration - aadhar number validation error #285

when entering aadhar number, it immediately shows error, even if I am entering numeric only. This should not happen. The error should come only if I have stopped to type in that edit box. Also it would be a good idea if UI has a template of entering the data like

This bug is Fixed now and I have retested this and this is working fine in QA environment
