Module: User Registration

Issue: Validation for 2 advocates with Same BAR Registration number is missing Each advocate has a unique bar registration number and we should not allow for two users with same bar registration number to be created

Expected behaviour: 1) The following error message is displayed when user registers with an already approved BAR registration number " User with the same BAR Registration number already exists'/

this is not working as expected check registration request ADV-APP-2024-07-16-000286 same BAR id as aveek sinha, mobile number 9999999914
