As per the User stories, if a case is filed against an organization, the organization field should perform a fuzzy seach and show a drop down of matching organizations.

Expected behavior  Suppose a case is filed against organization Mathews and Sons Now, when any user tries to file a new case, in the org drop down, if M is typed and further Ma is typed and so on, a list of matching organizations appears in the dropdown.
