Describe the bug Login Screen needs to show dropdown on courts as against City

Expected behavior A list of courts is added in the MDMS. Login screen needs to show list of courts in MDMS

@Taherabharmal Where exactly should we show this dropdown? And can you please elaborate on where we should store this information and where we need to use it?
