better theme file explanations + font code example

• Adds some detailed explanations to vague vars
• Moves server listing width var way up so people can't miss it
• Adds an example font import and explains how it works; commented by default.

I actually have no idea why it added the same commits as before uhhh these may or may not be my first PRs
