Hi I am learning about goal-task planners. What license is this? I wish to try to solve this problem and would prefer to share this with my MIT compatible licensed work.

The original description was one of the scenarios of ICKEPS 2016, as described in the README. You can start from the original textual description from Dr. Lukas Chrpa and use any license you want, there are multiple interpretations and details you may want to consider. If you want to start from the PDDL operators and problems already described here we would need to discuss both a license and if this assignment is still being applied, as some students could see/copy your solution.
