Download stuck at 100%, never completing on reshet.tv #149

Describe the bug The website http://reshet.tv has a free online TV streaming service. The streams are detected perfectly with a wide range of bitrates but when downloading any of them, it gets stuck at 100%.

To Reproduce

  1. go to: https://13tv.co.il/item/entertainment/the-big-brother/season-03/episodes/azqsm-2090622/?utm_source=MAIN&utm_medium=buttom_1
  2. Start the video and let all the ads finish until the actual video plays.
  3. open HLSDownloader and select one of the resolution/bitrate and let it download.
  4. it'll reach 100% and will not complete.

Expected behavior The download should've completed or a manual completion button can also be awesome.

I experience the same issue on CineBox: stuck at 100% with "2553/2554". So the last one seems to be missing. Shorter downloads with 6 and 19 work fine.
