Download videos with emoji in name make extension freeze

Describe the bug When a video with emoji of persons in name are add to download the extension freeze at moment of saving, the "save as" windows never shown and other downloads stop.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'whareverdomain'
2. Click on 'add to download'
3. Wait until the video is fully downloaded and at the moment of save the error occours

Expected behavior Is expected to open the "save as" dialog Tested on multiple videos with emojis in name, only videos with people emoji cause the issue
