I just set this up from scratch so figured out a few changes were required along the way.

Updated the script to add an argument for tariff so the user can easily specify the tariff they are on
Added requirements.txt for python packages used
Updated the readme to include instructions for using Raspberry Pi imager and how to set up the scripts with arguments
