Restarting after crash #30

A server should be able to restart after a crash (a non-0 exit code) is detected.

This is independent of https://github.com/PufferPanel/pufferd/issues/14 which is a global restart, this one is specific to just crashes on the server itself

I agree with this. Is very important and should be added ASAP.
