User Story 1 - Zeus only

Zeus-only

• An admin should be table to type an easy command for Zeus-only rounds
• This command should block the ability to purchase anything but a zeus
• This command should set zeus recharge to unlimited
• This command should equip all players with Zeuses at round starts

Using triggers plugin

!stabstabzap admin command added, requires adminflag r

Still need to impl end-of-round defaulting so this is currently a fire and forever command

!defaults has been added as well though which allows manual setting of defaults

Implemented !stabstabzap as a one-round chat command, !admin menu has options for one-round or whole match
