Revolvers and Novas

An admin should be able to type an easy command for matches where players are only allowed to use revolvers and novas
This command should block the ability to purchase anything but revolvers and novas
This command should automatically equip players with revolvers and novas at round start

!westwood admin command added, requires adminflag r

Still need to impl end-of-round defaulting so this is currently a fire and forever command

!defaults has been added as well though which allows manual setting of defaults

Implemented as !westwood chat command for one-round fire, !admin menu has options for full match.

Note that on de_westwood2 this config is enforced automatically via the mapconfigs plugin
