Suggestion: gain experience when player is hit #25

So, I am working on a modpack for me and my friends an was looking for a way to implement your mod for a tank role. I would like to be able to gain experience for the skill tree only when the player is hit by another entity, so it would encourage a more tanky playstyle. Maybe you could consider this. :)

Added take_damage experience source in 0.6.0.
