This is a breaking change to pug-runtime but could be released as the next alpha for pug.

Coverage remained the same at 90.071% when pulling 0cce868d0684c15ea43c45f3380be281ca2265d7 on cutom-toJSON into b3d6b0a44d7fa4af7f588713b604cf81d1c9cac5 on master.

@TimothyGu could you take a look at this? If we're going to publish this we really need to do it before pug comes out of beta.
