Add a "topics" behavior

Now that telegram has topics, in my groups we often restrict content to certain topics, for example the topic "memes" is more often than not a link to twitter or Instagram. But when we tried this bot it expands the link on the "general" topic which is the first basic topic that comes by default when you start a group. If you could add a feature that restricts the expanding of the links to certain topics it would be the perfect bot!

Thank you for reporting this issue @remildis! I just pushed an update and the bot should reply in the correct topic. Let me know if it works because I'm not part of any large groups with topics where I could test this out.
