Missing Next Testing Step in Search #148

Closed drberry85 closed 8 years ago

Hey Greg,

The "Next Testing Step" drop down menu is missing from the tested module search page: http://www.physics.purdue.edu/cmsfpix/Submission_p/summary/test_list.php I know that it use to be there, but now it's gone.

Doug, I hid that filter because that's how the modules are binned now. The number in each step is visible at the top of each column too. I can bring it back if you'd like, of course.

please do. we often sort on multiple categories at once, e.g. modules with grade b that need to be x-rayed next, etc

Just want to point out that you can still do that. All you would have to do is apply the filters you want and look in the x-ray testing bin. It even has the number at the top of the column.

Still, if you want the filter back I can do so.

I see, I guess it would be redundant.

wait! i remembered something! without the dropdown menu to explicitly sort, we can't get the number of modules matching the criteria. that feature has been pretty clutch, i'd like to keep that

drberry85 commented 8 years ago

Jamie,

That feature is still there in each bin. http://www.physics.purdue.edu/cmsfpix/Submission_p/summary/test_list.php?param19=&param1=&param20=&param23=&param8=&param27=&param22=&comp2=%3E%3D&param2=B&comp3=%3D&param3=&comp4=%3D&param4=&comp10=%3D&param10=&comp11=%3D&param11=&comp5=%3D&param5=&comp7=%3D&param7=&comp12=%3D&param12=&comp13=%3D&param13=&param9=&comp25=%3D&param25=&comp18=&param18=
