fractional module grade summary disagrees with standard one #193

Hi Greg,

Comparing these guys:

I notice that the "Not Graded" module from the 6-19 batch isn't showing up in the fractional grade page. No big deal, just something to check on in case it's symptomatic of a larger issue.

Good catch! I'll take a closer look.

It looks like there are only two discrepancies between the two graphs out of a few hundred modules. I took a quick look and it seems the problem could be a rounding issue or an issue with the bare modules. I'll keep an eye on it, but for the time being I'm going to try to focus on making the POS config files.
