Add reminder about FAS email #200

Remind registrants to check their FAS email is correct. One way to do this would be to have a lookup that says, "Your FAS email is _@. If this is not correct, you can [fix it in FAS]." (with link to FAS for profile editing)

This should prevent a situation where the registrant can't be contacted.

It might also be a good idea to indicate that site email will come from address@domain so people can filter or search if desired/needed.
