Neither the files of the D1NAMO dataset nor the [paper] (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.imu.2018.09.003) has instructions on how to interpret these values.
The variation of the data in these files are too large to be indicative of regular rhythm, so it is unlikely that it is RR interval or the breathing rate (breath to breath).
If anyone has an idea, here are some files of this nature from the D1NAMO dataset https://zenodo.org/record/5651217/preview/diabetes_subset_sensor_data.zip#tree_item16 2014_10_03-06_36_24_RR.csv 2014_10_03-06_36_24_BB.csv
@pulasthieka thanks for the reply. yes, it seems really noisy and no info on what these signals are actually!
Hi, In the D1NAMO dataset, there are csv files ending in RR, BB - can someone please explain what these files contain ?
