Make mailnag 2.0 available in PPA/official distro for ubuntu 20.04 release #203

Official distro package is empty because it's still on 1.2.x release and python2 support was removed https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/all/mailnag/filelist

PPA doesn't contains release for focal https://launchpad.net/~pulb/+archive/ubuntu/mailnag/+packages

Focal (20.04) release is in 2 days (2020-04-24)

I tried to trigger auto builds for focal, but currently the launchpad build system seems to be broken (log). Mailnag 2.0 has been uploaded to Ubuntu groovy though, can you please try if this package also works in focal?
