This command would allow us to remove comments from the readlc stack without having the comments read by MBH. There's various reasons for this command.
1) If a derrogatory comment is made before we can read a prior comment from the readlc stack.
2) If Harold reads the comment from chat, there's no longer a need for that comment to be read by MBH from the stack.
Suggestion: Use a similar function as the one that is called when !readlc is performed except MBH will not read the comment and only pop it from the stack. If !readdel is not liked, what about !dellc or !deletelc
