Check for quotation marks in titles, check that they are standardized and necessary.

ok, I did the following search and fixed any titles enclosed entirely in quotation marks*

//mods:relatedItem[contains(mods:titleInfo[1]/mods:title,"""")]/mods:titleInfo/mods:title

This means leaving alone titles that say things like: Aus "Advent" or Studies for "Philosophie"

checked one last time for weird quotation marks such as those in : „DER SCHNITTER” „
