So this is a weird problem I haven't seen before. this is an untitled constituent with a byline.
That means that there is no title zoning, but there is a byline zoning for the last page.
clicking on the constituent, thus, takes you to the last page (p24 rather than the first page p9).
I don't see how to fix this given how veridian works.
