remember "pinx" means "painted", removing it from the display form of names when found (only one occurance so far)

A bunch of articles are credited this way, but this is clearly a publisher, not sure what to do.

Most of the creators are in the table of contents but the table of contents is too vague to match them up.

to correct my last comment, the FRONT tables of contents are too vague, the end of issue tables of contents are usually good enough to use. At this point each issue takes about two hours because:

  1. most in-article images have information that has to be pulled in from the TOC in the back
  2. all images with a caption have to be merged because they are currently text constituent with the title/author and then the child element of the caption/image
  3. there is a structural defect with labeling some structure items, usually can be fixed by adding a letter to the end of the ID string.
  4. none of the page numbers in the TOC match OUR page numbers, so I have to go through every issue page by page

ok closing pan, it looks good but I think does need to have the MODS to LABEL script run
