XML Errors bmtnabi #378

While doing my viaf run I noted that

Some (all?) of the files in the BMTNABI title Niederrheinische Musik have xml errors related to the detail nodes

Some of the elements don't have <number> and <caption> subnodes. Appears to start in 1859 and end with the 1865 issues, but need to verify.
